A woman in Roosevelt told me about this and I could hardly believe it. Lab Created Hyenas reported on the bench of Roosevelt towards the beginning of July. They are said to be kept in a caged facility and although they look like Hyenas they make ape like sounds. We have investigated but have no conclusive evidence yet. We will continue to update...
